Our Office Staff

Jennifer Connor has worked at Seattle Hearing and Balance for 10 years excluding a two year sabbatical while she lived abroad. As the office manager, Jennifer focuses on patient care and follow through regarding billing matters. She has often described herself as a “Jack of all trades”; so when she is not working on various projects at the office, she is having outdoor adventures and tea parties with her young daughter, Madeline.

Mari McGovern has worked at Seattle Hearing and Balance since 2006. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Washington State University. As the office receptionist and patient care coordinator, she assumes responsibility for scheduling appointments, making appointment reminder calls, tracking hearing aid orders and contacting patients when their hearing aids are in the office.

When not in the office, Mari resides in Bothell with her husband and young daughter, Molly. Mari likes to cook, read, garden and can tell you all the great toddler parks on the eastside!
